INTRODUCTION
This material is a metal structural material made by using aluminum honeycomb as the core material, with aluminum or stainless steel panels on both sides, and then combining them and brazing them in one go. The main materials used are solder, tin and stainless steel.

It overcomes the drawback that the honeycomb core of the existing adhesive honeycomb panels is greatly affected by the performance of the adhesive. Its mechanical properties are much higher than those of the adhesive materials, and all properties have been significantly improved, making it suitable for industrial production.
Mechanical performance
Mechanic performance WAHS has strong ability ti keep its structure due to strong strength on connection points,and will keep certain bearing capacity,and not collapse even if it's over loaded.

High peel strength can meanwhile improve the general stablity of honeycomb structure"s lateral stress and shear stress.
Temperature resistance
It can meet requirement of fire resistance test according to EN1363-1:2012.
Good impact resistance
WAHS can absorb impact energy quickly after being impacted due to its good connection strength,therefore its impact resistance is much better than its likewise products

Petrochemical Industry
Welded honeycomb composite plate, with the characteristics of "light weight" , "high strength" and "lightning protection" , has become an ideal material for floating roof and outer shell of oil tank. It effectively solves the problems of floating plate settling, structure collapse, oil and gas volatilization and so on.
